Lynda Gallagher is no stranger to the retirement and care sector. Having spent the last 17 years of her career in the field across marketing, sales, training, communications and consulting, Lynda is intimately connected to residents, families and their journey.
As Sales Consultant, Lynda’s role at The Verge is to help families and loved ones navigate their options. “When prospective residents and their families enquire about the community it’s important to understand this process is foreign and completely new. Instead of ‘selling’, I start helping them unpack and navigate their journey. There are no wrong questions, only an open and honest dialogue.”
