Construction tees off at The Verge

Construction tees off at The Verge at Burleigh G.C.

Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate has officially kicked off construction on The Verge at Burleigh Golf Club. The Mayor performed the ceremonial turning of the first sod alongside RetireAustralia Chief Executive Officer Dr Brett Robinson, Burleigh Golf Club President Peter Evans and Gold Coast Division 12 Councillor Pauline Young.

Already 30 per cent of stage one has been secured through expressions of interest and those interested in living in this stunning location are urged to act now to avoid disappointment.

The Verge named among Australia's hottest villages

It’s official! has named The Verge at Burleigh G.C. among Australia’s hottest new vertical retirement villages. Our luxury apartments were the only retirement living village on the Gold Coast to make the list, and one of only four projects in Queensland.

The accolade comes as no surprise to us – our stunning apartments will redefine seniors living on the Gold Coast, offering spacious high-end apartments and an exceptional coastal lifestyle for over 65s.

Our future residents enjoy lunch at Burleigh Golf Club

We recently hosted a lunch for our future residents at China Garden Restaurant at Burleigh Golf Club. It was a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other whilst enjoying a tasty Chinese feast overlooking the course.

After lunch, residents were taken on a VIP tour of The Verge site by RetireAustralia’s Development Manager Judi Hutchison and The Verge Architect, Meaghan Morice from O’Neill Architecture. It was fabulous for the future residents to get a firsthand understanding of the location and view lines of building one.
